With two double bedrooms, kitchen, separate dining room and large lounge there is plenty of room to relax in comfort.

There is ample garden space for dining al fresco, chilling out and for children to play in - and in a village with virtually no traffic you won't be disturbed. As well as this there are many pretty walks straight from the house with stunning views of local landscape & the Picos de Europa.

A peaceful and relaxing location it may be but the house is still within easy reach of the famous Rodiles beach (30 mins) (as well as many other gorgeous beaches) and the bustling market town of Villaviciosa (20 mins) with its lively shops, bars and restaurants.
Closer still is the county capital of Cabranes, Santa Eulalia (5 mins) which provides local stores and bars. Also nearby is a 4 star country hotel in Torazu with spa facilities and fine dining (5 mins).

For cultural events, nights out and shopping the capital of Asturias, Oviedo and the beautiful coastal city of Gijon are within easy reach.

In a southerly direction there are the pretty market towns of Infiesto (20 mins) and Nava and it is again only a short hop to the busy tourist town of Cangas De Onis (35 mins), the gateway to the incredible Picos De Europa national park, with it’s many adventure activities: rafting, canoeing, horse riding, climbing.

First Floor
Bedroom 2 – Comfortable room with double bed and built in wardrobe and lovely views.
Dining room - Light airy open room with dining suite. Also perfect as a games room.
Second Floor
Lounge – Large and airy space (25m2) with loads of light and fabulous views. Large TV with satellite receiver for UK channels, DVD player with multi-speaker sound and selection of DVDs, compact stereo system, Playstation 2 with selection of games. Spare bed.

Outside - Peaceful, large lawned area with superb views of the valley, supplied with garden furniture– great for breakfasting, dining out, and barbeques. There is also an outdoor table tennis table.
Facing south it gets the sun first thing morning and nearly all the day. It sits above half an acre of land divided up between organic vegetable gardens, fruit trees and soft fruit bushes.
Also to hire by the week: Adults mountain bikes, two surf boards + soft surf rack for cars.
