A Perfect Asturian Summer 11/09/2008
It's hard to believe that the summer holidays are really over. Especially when you're still basking in 30 degree sunshine on the beach, as we have been right up until now. Xago Beach on Gozon in June - beautifully deserted & with just the right amount of cloud cover Being involved in holiday lettings makes us even more keenly aware of weather conditions than we would otherwise be. There's something about having holidaymakers around that makes one feel guilty for the slightest cloud masking the sun or marring their enjoyment. Luckily, we've not had to worry at all this summer. From our first visitors in July onwards, the weather's been pretty much great. Temperatures in the mid-20s to early 30s - not stiflingly hot - mostly clear blue skies, hardly any rain and that which did fall came mainly at night. Perfect!
