Who We Are and How We Got Here

We've been living full-time in Cabranes, Asturias for nearly four years now - long enough for the Asturian daily newspaper La Nueva España to dub us Cabraneses! We own two properties here, both of which we´ve renovated ourselves, and we´ve been involved in the holiday home letting market for three years.

By this time we´ve spent a number of years viewing countless properties across Asturias, Galicia and Cantabria with countless estate agents. So we speak from the heart when we say that we know it can be quite hard work at times! That´s how and why we´ve decided to make it easier for you - we know there´s a need and, with a joint background in marketing and business, we know how to fill it.

Why Green Spain?

In short, though, you could well say that it´s the mountains and the sea that enticed us here. As rock-climbers and surfers, there really is no better combination! Add to that good value property (the chance to live in a place of outstanding natural beauty without having to mortgage your soul for it!), a pleasant climate that facilitates both outdoor activity and veggie growing and the opportunity to live life at a different, gentler pace. That´s what Asturias has meant for us.
